Our Urgent Care Services at The Richland Hospital and Clinics offer convenient, same-day treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, including colds, flu, infections, sprains, strains, minor fractures, cuts, and other conditions that require prompt attention but are not emergencies. Urgent Care helps patients receive timely treatment while avoiding unnecessary emergency room visits.

Emergency Room services are available 24/7. When visiting, please proceed through the Emergency Department door located at the corner of E First Street and N Park Street of the main hospital building.
Upon arriving at the Emergency Department entrance, press the button in between the two entrance doors to notify staff of your arrival. A staff member will allow access or greet you at the door.
Please do not bring well children or more than one visitor or support person with you. Visitors may be screened at the door and are limited per patient as a precaution.

Conveniently located at The Richland Hospital and Clinics, Urgent Care offers timely treatment close to home, helping you get the care you need without a trip to the emergency room.
Urgent Care facilities may be a great resource for those without health insurance. Urgent Care is less costly than Emergency services. Because of this, insurance companies may provide better coverage for patients utilizing the most appropriate service.
Urgent care is the right choice for patients who are not able to make an appointment with their primary care provider and are not experiencing severe pain or discomfort. In cases of severe or life-threatening injury or illness, patients should seek care in the Emergency Room. Please reference the list of symptoms below for further guidance.
