THE SEVEN C’S OF CULTURE
We have created our Seven C’s of Culture to help guide the care that occurs in our healthcare organization. These standards help to ensure that we maintain consistency across a large and diverse organization.
Employees of The Richland Hospital and Clinics, from various departments, developed these performance standards and present them as a symbol of our culture of excellence to the communities we serve.
