NOTICE TO PATIENTS
CMS announced updated guidelines for hospitals to comply with the Transparency Requirement of the Affordable Care Act. Effective Jan. 1, 2019: hospitals, including critical access hospitals, are required to make available a list of their current standard charges to the public.
DETERMINING OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS
The best way to determine your out-of-pocket costs is to contact your insurance company (their contact information is on your insurance card). They can review benefits, deductibles, co-pays and other information to determine what you’ll need to pay.

The cost of a procedure is the total sum of many billable line items included in our fee schedule. To estimate what a procedure will cost, a Business Office representative must be contacted as there are multiple billable line items for any given procedure.
