Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation at TRHC is a nationally certified program from the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR). Our staff of clinical exercise physiologists is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and professionally trained in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Through your primary health care provider’s referral, each personalized program is designed to strengthen heart and lung function through exercise, education, and counseling.
Our staff of certified clinical exercise physiologists works with you one-on-one through your post-event care. Our facility’s state-of-the-art exercise and weight training equipment will help you regain your strength and fitness. Exercise programs designed to meet your lifestyle needs and exercise goals will be structured for you. We will monitor all sessions to ensure your safety as you progress through the program.
