Supporting Your Mental Well-Being

At The Richland Hospital and Clinics, we believe that mental, emotional, and physical health are deeply connected. As part of your health care home, our Behavioral Health team works alongside your primary care provider and care team to support your overall well-being through compassionate, personalized care.

We provide confidential behavioral health services for patients ages 9 and older in a safe, supportive environment. Appointments are available in person at Muscoda Health Center or virtually through our secure patient portal, making it easier to access the care and support you need. Your provider will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and life circumstances.

Our team helps patients navigate a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and emotional difficulties related to medical conditions or other health concerns. Whether you’re coping with a specific issue or simply looking for additional support, we’re here to help.

Through coordinated care, evidence-based treatment, and a patient-centered approach, we help individuals and families build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and achieve their personal goals. As part of your health care home, we’re committed to ensuring you have access to the support and resources needed to thrive both mentally and physically.

Important Information for Parents and Guardians

  • We accept patients ages 9 and older.
  • Parents or guardians of patients ages 9-13 are required to attend a parent-only session after every 5-6 child sessions.
  • Parents or guardians of patients under age 18 must attend the first two appointments, including the initial assessment and development of the treatment plan.
