Martine Banda-Wolk, MSN, APNP, provides family medicine care for patients of all ages at Spring Green Medical Center. She is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their health goals through compassionate, personalized care. As both a health care provider and member of the Spring Green community, Martine is deeply invested in the health and wellness of her neighbors and values the opportunity to care for multiple generations of local families.
“Communication is key. Hearing what the patient is telling me is very important in formulating a plan of care with the patient, not for the patient.”
Martine believes the best health care is built on trust, communication, and partnership. She takes the time to listen, understand each patient’s goals, and collaborate on care plans that reflect their needs and preferences. Her patient-centered approach helps ensure every person feels heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their health.
One of the aspects Martine enjoys most about rural health care is building meaningful relationships with the patients and families she serves. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys walking, biking, cross-country skiing, and traveling, helping her stay connected to the outdoors she loves.
