Andrea Cherry, PA-C, provides family medicine care. She has extensive experience evaluating and treating a wide range of acute and chronic health concerns. Drawn to health care by the opportunity to help patients with many different medical needs, Andrea enjoys partnering with individuals and families to find answers, overcome health challenges, and achieve their best possible health.
“Communication is key. When patients understand the reasoning behind a treatment plan, they are more likely to feel confident in their care and take an active role in their health.”
Andrea believes exceptional health care begins with listening, education, and trust. She takes the time to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and recommendations in a way that is easy to understand, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their care. Her broad clinical experience allows her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
One of the things Andrea values most about practicing in a rural community is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in an underserved area. She is committed to ensuring patients have access to the care they need when they need it.
Outside of the clinic, Andrea enjoys creative pursuits including spinning fiber into yarn, knitting, embroidery, art, and calligraphy. These hobbies reflect her patients, attention to detail, and lifelong love of learning.
