Richland Center, WI – The Richland Hospital and Clinics (TRHC) will host a free movie night at Starlite 14 in celebration of its recent five-star patient satisfaction rating. The event will be held on Saturday, October 12, and will feature the movie Inside Out 2. All are welcome to attend.

“We want to thank the community for continuing to trust us with their health and wellness needs,” said Lyle Kratochwill, the Director-Lead of TRHC’s Patient Experience Team. “Our organization takes patient satisfaction seriously, so this score means a great deal to us,” Kratochwill said.

The five-star rating was awarded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The score is based on Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) surveys, which ask hospital patients to rate their care across several categories. These scores were then summarized into a single rating to help consumers find quality care. TRHC’s five-star mark is the highest score possible.

“Our organization tracks many quality metrics to measure how effective we are at caring for patients,” said CEO Bruce Roesler. “These patient experience scores reinforce what the other data is showing. Patients receive timely, personalized care in an environment that is collaborative and safe,” said Roesler.

Gates for the venue will open at 5:30 p.m. and the show will begin at dusk. Inside Out 2 is a family-friendly film.
