The Community Pharmacy at The Richland Hospital Welcomes New Clinical Pharmacist Noelle Austin Farm roots, pharma smarts.
Richland Center, WI (June 8, 2026) – The Richland Hospital and Clinics (TRHC) is pleased to welcome Noelle Austin as its newest clinical pharmacist, bringing deep family roots in pharmacy, a strong University of Wisconsin tradition, and a passion for serving rural communities.
For Austin, joining The Community Pharmacy at The Richland Hospital feels like a natural step in a lifelong journey shaped both by heritage and heart. “I come from a long line of pharmacists,” she shared. “It’s something that has always been a part of my life.”
Noelle Austin is the newest clinical pharmacist at The Community Pharmacy at The Richland Hospital. She’s a graduate from the University of Wisconsin and resides in Arena.
Pharmacy runs strong in her family, with multiple relatives, including an uncle, cousins, and even a cousin’s spouse all graduating from the University of Wisconsin. That tradition continues with another family member preparing to begin pharmacy school this fall. Austin is also a third-generation Wisconsin Badger, following in the footsteps of both her father and grandmother. Her connection to Wisconsin extends beyond academics, however; it’s deeply rooted in the Driftless Region.
Raised in New Glarus, Austin gained early professional experience in Trempealeau following graduation before settling in Arena, where she now lives. Her upbringing and career path reflect a strong commitment to small-town values and community-based care. “I went from farm to Pharm,” she said with a smile.
“We are thrilled to have Noelle Austin join our team,” said Pharmacy Director, David Kepler “Her background, expertise, and genuine connection to our region make her a wonderful addition to our pharmacy and our community.”
