Kathryn (Katie) Puls, NP, provides primary care for patients aged 13 and older at Muscoda Health Center. Inspired by her clinical training experiences in rural communities, Katie was drawn to primary care by the meaningful relationships she saw providers build with their patients. She is passionate about delivering personalized, high-quality care close to home and helping patients confidently manage their health.
“I enjoy collaborating with patients to provide excellent care while honoring their personal preferences and values.”
Katie has a special interest in caring for patients with pulmonary conditions such as asthma and COPD, along with hypertension, kidney disease, and other internal medicine concerns. She believes the best health care starts with listening. By taking the time to understand each patient’s goals, concerns, and priorities, Katie is able to build a health plan that supports long-term wellness. Her approach is built on trust, respect, and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
