The Clinic (Aprima) Portal is no longer available to view as of January 2023.  Clinic information from 07/01/22 to present will now be available to view in the Health Portal along with hospital information.  If you are needing copies of clinic records prior to 07/01/22, please contact HIM at 608.647.6321, extension 2030.
