Dr. Neil Bard steps down; Dr. Jamey Dickman assumes role

Richland Center, WI – After three years in the role, Dr. Neil Bard (pictured, right) will be stepping down from his position as the medical director of the Richland Hospital Clinic (RHC), effective December 31. Dr. Bard will continue to practice family medicine with TRHC, on a part-time basis. The Richland Hospital and Clinics (TRHC) is grateful for his leadership. Among his accomplishments:
His guidance was instrumental in helping the former Richland Medical Center (RMC) become part of an integrated clinic–hospital organization – The Richland Hospital and Clinics.

Dr. Bard paired with Dr. Christine Richards (medical staff chief) to help formulate TRHC’s COVID-19 pandemic organizational response, including many interviews on WRCO radio.

His leadership helped to make TRHC’s electronic health information system upgrade in July 2022, successful.
He has played a key role in provider and staff recruitment.

Dr. Jamey Dickman (pictured, left) has agreed to become clinic medical director as of January 1. Dr. Dickman has been a valued and influential member of the local medical community for more than 20 years. He has previously served in a number of TRHC leadership roles, including the former president of Richland Medical Center. More recently, he has been a member of the Meditech Expanse Provider Advisory Committee, and the Clinic Operations Committee. He cares deeply for his patients, TRHC, and the greater Richland County community. He will maintain a busy practice in family medicine and endoscopy.

TRHC CEO Bruce Roesler added, “I am delighted to welcome Dr. Dickman to our TRHC leadership team. We are fortunate to have someone with his qualifications and passion for service available to serve in this key role. And also, I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Bard for all he has done the past three years, to effectively blend our clinic and hospital into one team focused on quality care.”
