The first baby of 2025 born at The Richland Hospital and Clinics

– The Richland Hospital and Clinics saw its first baby of 2025 come into the world on January 2 before sunrise!
Baby Harlee weighed a healthy 5 lbs., 14 ounces, measured 19” and was delivered by the birth center team led by Dr. Wright. Parents Tianna and Nathan received a gift basket (valued at more than $550) overflowing with donations from local businesses. Generous sponsors included:

2024 was an exciting year for TRHC’s Joan Woodman McCollum Birth Center, with 158 new arrivals welcomed. The month of April was the busiest for deliveries, with October coming in a close second.
The largest baby born in 2024 weighed 10 pounds, 7 ounces, and the smallest just 4 pounds, 3 ounces.
The birth center staff also shared the top baby names of the year:
Popular boy names: Silas, Luke, Ryker, John, and Luka
Popular girl names: Violet, Hazel, Stella, Lily, Vivian, and Wren
The Richland Hospital and Clinics is a nationally awarded health care facility dedicated to caring, educating, and healing. Providing compassionate care for 100 years to residents of the greater Richland County area, TRHC operates an independent, integrated group medical practice in three locations, including rural health clinics in Spring Green and Muscoda and a critical access hospital at its primary location in Richland Center, WI.
