Anesthesia Services

Anesthesia Services

We are proud to offer a full range of anesthesia options to ensure the safety and comfort of ourpatients. Our team of certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) are experienced health professionals who have received specialized training in administering anesthesia. They work closely with patients and their providers to create a personalized plan for providing anesthesia during surgery, then stay with patients throughout the procedure to monitor their condition and make modifications, as needed. After surgery, our certified registered nurse anesthetists maintain contact with patients, addressing pain concerns and monitoring their recovery from treatment.

The type of anesthesia we provide for you will be determined by the surgery or procedure you need along with other health factors. In most cases, you will be offered one of the following types of anesthesia:

Local anesthesia produces a loss of sensation to a small, specific region of the body.

Regional anesthesia produces a loss of sensation to a larger region of the body and is often delivered through the nerves that connect to the area of the body that will be operated on.

General anesthesia is an anesthetic that produces unconsciousness during a procedure. General anesthesia is delivered through an IV or inhaled through a breathing mask.

Whatever option you and your providers determine is best for you, rest assured that our team utilizes the latest technological advances in anesthesia delivery systems and up-to-date techniques to provide comfort and ensure your safety.
