Cindy Hanold (Foundation President)
Cindy Hanold brings a variety of health care and leadership experience to the Foundation Board. She holds a diploma from Madison General Hospital School of Nursing, as well as a BSN and an MBA from Viterbo University. Her forty-plus years in nursing included working as a staff nurse in a variety of clinical areas as well as several leadership positions. Cindy retired from her position as The Richland Hospital and Clinics’ Vice President of Nursing Services in 2019.
Believing it is important to make a difference, Cindy has served in a variety of volunteer capacities including advisory groups for nursing programs, committees at local nursing homes, involvement with her church, and past fundraising in her children’s schools.
When she was invited to join The Richland Hospital Foundation, it was easy for her to accept because she is still committed in supporting excellence in our community’s health care. Cindy’s hobbies include traveling with her husband, Gary, tending to her flowers, continued learning, and spending time with her five grandchildren. Cindy and Gary reside in rural Richland Center and are the proud parents of four kind and caring humans!
