Dave Johnson, Director of Member Relations and Business Development at RWHC read a portion of the nomination submitted by all 25 employees that report to Debbie.
“Deb progressed from being the director of a department of 3 to a department of 25. Under her vision, direction, and commitment, the department has grown to include cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation; athletic training serving several area schools; physical, occupational, and speech therapy; Richland County Birth to Three services, school based therapy and home health services. Deb treats patients on a daily basis as well as doing all of the administrative duties for a large department. She is a constant example for giving the best for her patients and staff.”
