Newborn Education Classes

This class will discuss a normal newborn appearance, newborn procedures, diapering, swaddling, bath time, and safe sleeping. This class will help reduce the amount of time needed for newborn postpartum education, giving mom and baby more time to bond and visit with family and friends.Newborn with knitted hat on and snuggled into a fluffy lime green blanket.

2018 Class Schedule

Newborn Education Classes are held on the second Tuesday of every other month (except February) from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Labor Support Classes

This class will give demonstration and hands on work with labor positioning, relaxation techniques, and provide information on the kind of help the labor support person can provide. You will also receive a tour of the Birthing Center and get information on what to expect when you arrive for your delivery.Expectant couple, laughing together. Labor Support Classes are held on the third Wednesday of every other month (except for December where we will meet earlier in the month to avoid the holidays) from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
