Hall is a large area in the lower level of The Richland Hospital
designated as an educational facility. The hall is actually made up
of three separate rooms. The larger room will hold approximately 100
people. A second room, with its own entrance, is classroom size and will
accommodate about 30 people. The third is much smaller and could be used
as a small group meeting area.
Incorporated in this area is also a
kitchen staging area with serving counters open to both of the larger
rooms. The concept is to be able to facilitate two or three separate
functions at one time with the option of serving food and drink to each
function.
Through the fundraising efforts of the hospital and
medical center employees, the main room has been equipped with an Eiki
computer data/video projection system mounted in the ceiling, and an
Optima mobile projection system for use where needed. Also acquired
through the fund raiser is a state-of-the-art public address system
including two wireless microphone systems, 4 wired microphones, for
conference table usage, and an ADA personal listening system for the
hearing impaired.
