It is important that we maintain an ample blood supply in our community, and that can only be done with Blood Center of Wisconsin, as they supply 100% of the blood to every community hospital in our area. The blood you donate will save lives right here in your community.
Patients are counting on receiving this blood to help them survive or heal. Let's all participate and make each blood drive a success for all of us. If you haven't signed up yet, please consider doing so. You'll be doing more good than you know.
**We want to offer a special "thank you" to the following local businesses who donate food for our Blood Drives : - Dairy Queen - Richland Center for donating Dilly Bars.
- The Richland Hospital donates the cheese.
Blood Drives Scheduled in 2012 will all take place in Pippin Hall at the Richland Hospital from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM:
September 6
November 1

The Laboratory is actively involved in providing you with a safe environment. We encourage active involvement of patients and their families in the patients care.
Some things currently being done for your safety include:
¨ Use of 2 patient identifiers (such as name and date of birth) whenever a lab sample is collected. These samples are immediately labeled with the 2 identifiers to maintain the sample’s identity throughout the entire testing process.
¨ Use of a standardized list of acceptable abbreviations so everyone is aware of exactly what the abbreviation stands for.
The Richland Hospital Laboratory brings you state-of-the-art laboratory service with compassion and care.
