The Richland Hospital Inc. is currently recruiting for a Patient Accounting Manager.  This position plans, directs, coordinates and implements the operational functions of the Patient Accounting Department.  The manager is responsible for all aspects of staff management, including training, orientation and coaching to achieve operational and service objectives and creating a professional practice environment consistent with The Richland Hospital's Core Values. The Patient Accounting Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the revenue capture system and for ensuring all charges are processed and billed accurately and in a timely manner. The Manager assumes a leadership role in Meditech application for Billing/Accounts Receivable including operational integrity and efficiency. The Patient Accounting Manger requires highly refined management supervisory and communication skills that will facilitate timely resolution of sensitive collection issues within an environment of favorable public relations. This position interacts with patients, physicians, hospital administration, and third-party payers. 

Applicants must have an undergraduate degree within a business discipline, three-five years of leadership experience in a healthcare business office setting and one to three years of Medicare/Medical Billing experience.  Meditech experience preferred.  This is a full-time position.  The hospital offers a competitive wage and benefits.

The Richland Hospital, Inc., is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team.  Richland Hospital offers a competitive salary commensurate with education/experience and an excellent benefits package. This is a full time position which includes a limited weekend and holiday rotation.  Must be a graduate of an accredited school and licensed in WI or eligible for WI licensure.  The Physical Therapist will work with an inpatient and outpatient population of all age groups, developing individualized treatment programs to maximize the individuals’ level of independence and provide the education to achieve and maintain that level.
