The Richland Hospital, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Director of Human Resources.

Day/Hours: Salaried, Exempt, Full-time position
Position Summary: The Human Resources Director is an administrative leader who has the oversight responsibility of all aspects of staff management, departmental management, and for creating a professional practice environment. Administrative responsibilities include: review and approval of annual work-plans, budget preparation, performance reviews and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. Other regulatory requirements include: EEO and the Joint Commission. This position participates in developing organizational objectives, human resources philosophy and strategic planning in relation to human resources programs. The HR Director develops and administers a comprehensive range of human resource programs including wage and salary administration, staffing, benefits, and employee relations. The Director of Human Resources counsels employees and management in human resource related areas. Other position responsibilities include: developing and revising HR Policies and Procedures, employee performance measurement system, hiring process, disciplinary action/termination, mediation assistance, administration of wage/benefit programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (or equivalent) with an HR emphasis
- PHR or SPHR Certification Preferred
- Human Resources experience in a healthcare setting preferred
